FIELD: agricultural engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed seeding mechanism includes two hoppers and two tubular booms installed on frame. Each boom is made detachable in length, consisting of equal-size halves. Longitudinal plate with ports is installed between halves of boom dividing boom into upper seed transportation zone and lower seeding zone in which seed holes are made. Booms are arranged across direction of drill movement at angle adjustable relative to horizontal with possibility of vibration in antiphase. Two plates, inner and outer, are installed without clearances one over the other along seed holes of each boom. Holes are made in plates with form, size and arrangement similar to seed holes of booms. Longitudinal slots are made additionally in plates, symmetrically to edges of boom. Slots of larger size as to length and width are made in outer plate. Stop screws are fitted in slots of each inner plate which connect said plate stationary with boom. Outer end of each other plate is connected by spring with bracket secured stationary on boom. Grip with flexible thread is installed on opposite end of outer plate. Second end of thread is connected to rotary disk installed on vertical shaft. The latter is connected with drive mechanism. Rotary disk has spring and stop for holding disk in initial position.
EFFECT: reduced losses of seeds at idle passes and traveling of drill in filled up state.
