FIELD: method for controlling transmissions through upstream communication line access channel in a radio communications system.
SUBSTANCE: in accordance to the first aspect of the invention, a method is claimed for controlling transmissions of upstream communication line access channel in a radio communications system, where user device determines delay time for transmitting signal through upstream communication line access channel, where the time of delay is determined randomly on basis of distribution of probabilities which increases in density with increase of delay. And in accordance to the second aspect of the invention, method is claimed for controlling transmissions of upstream communication line access channel in a radio communications system, wherein from base station of radio communications system, time-variable information is transmitted through downstream communication line to user devices which are in zone of coverage of base station, where aforementioned information is used to determine times of delay for transmission of signals through upstream communication line access channel, where aforementioned information changes on basis of distribution of probabilities which increases in density with increase of time.
EFFECT: creation of mechanism for controlling competitive access, which ensures completion of counting process while reducing probability of overload in used signaling channel of upstream communication line.
