SUBSTANCE: invention is related to method and system of radio communication for transmission of valuable information as service. Radio communication system consists of radio network controller (RNC), at least, one basic station (NodeB) and at least one subscriber station (UEn), device of basic network access (CN). Valuable information is represented to subscribers in the form of services, besides, subscriber stations before transmission of valuable information receive notification (NOTIF-2) about future transmission. At that notification (NOTIF-2) contains information field, which serves for the message about whether it is required to send response (RESP) to notification or response is not required.

EFFECT: efficiency of resources spending during transmission of broadcasting information.
