SUBSTANCE: invention is related to organisation of communication in wireless communication system for control of access in mobile communication terminals. In wireless communication system, control of ascending communication line between network and multiple terminals is achieved by transmission of parameter about response condition from network to multiple terminals subscribed to service of multiple-address transmission. This parameter is related to control of ascending communication line from multiple terminals. Terminal applies parameter of response messages control in previously defined verification and sends response message in network, if by results of this verification terminal determines that terminal is ready to send response to network. On the basis of at least some of response messages received by network from terminals, it is assessed in network whether it is required to transmit parameter to multiple terminals and whether it is required to renew the parameter.
EFFECT: improved noise immunity.
