FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for making compost by aerobic fermentation of organic waste from agricultural enterprises. The biofermenter includes a container for the fermented material with a roof, a gate, a system of air ducts placed at the bottom of the container for the fermented material and made in the form of perforated pipelines united by a common air duct with perforation only in the upper part of each pipeline. An exhaust fan is installed in the upper part of the container for fermenting material. The biofermenter is divided into two chambers: a container for the fermentation of the processed material and a processing process control chamber, in which a pressure fan is installed, connected to a perforated pipeline, a duct-type exhaust fan connected to the environment by the second end. The perforated pipelines are installed along the side walls of the container for the fermented material and in the central part are connected into one perforated pipeline to the processing process control chamber, passing through the processing control chamber into the end wall of the biofermenter and having a removable plug. The door of the processing control chamber and the gate are made with a hermetic seal and are located in the end walls of an autonomous chamber-type biofermenter. To measure the temperature and oxygen inside the biomass, nests are made at 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 of the height from the floor of the tank wall for the fermented material. On the roof in its central part, a rotary mechanism is rigidly fixed, on the upper part of which a platform is rigidly fixed, in response to the solar battery, one edge of which is pivotally connected to the platform, and on the opposite edge an electric linear drive is fixed, the rod of which is attached to the bottom of the solar battery. An inverter, a storage battery and its charge controller, a control unit are installed in the processing control chamber, the input of which receives signals from temperature sensors and oxygen meters, and from its output a signal is sent to the rotary mechanism, electric linear drive, pressure and exhaust fans.
