FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains flour from non-standard plant additives, sugar powder, hydrogenated fat, cocoa powder, vanilla powder, and crumbs. Flour of non-standard plant additives is flour of extrudate produced from mixture of chick pea groats and manna-croup used in the ratio of 1:1. Also, dried fat-free milk is additionally introduced into milk.
EFFECT: increased nutrient and biological value and reduced content of saccharose in said composition.
