SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with manufacturing canned concentrates of first-course dishes. All the recipe components should be prepared: carrots, parsley root and brown onions should be cut and fried in vegetable oil; fillet should be cut and roasted in vegetable oil; potatoes should be cut and blanched; tarragon greens should be cut and frozen; pickled cucumbers should be grated. The above-mentioned components should be mixed at oxygen-free with common salt. The mixture obtained and fish broth should be packed at a certain ratio of the components taken. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
