HARDWARE-BASED METHOD FOR TREATING MYOPIA IN PREGNANT WOMEN Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A61B3/09 A61N5/06

Abstract RU 2322178 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves determining relative accommodation. First, obtained relative accommodation reserve value is compared to a standard value corresponding to age and duration of gestation. Their discrepancy being less than 25%, color impulse therapy is to be applied. The value being 25-50%, low energy helium-neon and infrared laser stimulation is to be applied. 51-75% allows hardware-based accommodation training to be applied with small-scale optical medical training complex. 76-100% being the case, hardware-based accommodation training with small-scale optical medical training complex is to be combined with low energy helium-neon and infrared laser stimulation.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and safety of hardware-based treatment.
