FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of prevention and treatment of eye diseases. Carried out is treatment in regimen of distance vision with application of prismatic lenses of growing power from 1.0 to 10.0 dioptre by consecutive installation into universal frame with prism base to temple. Then, training with application of prismatic lenses, located with base to each other is carried out in the same regimen. Trainings are carried out in ambulatory conditions. Exercises result in accented training of both accommodation at near and accommodation into the distance with high level of ciliary muscle relaxation.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of shortsightedness treatment due to application of two complexes of exercises, performed with application of prismatic lenses.
