SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used in prevention and treatment of acquired myopia, complicated by computer visual syndrome. Into frame installed are positive and negative spherical lenses. Training starts with positive spherical lens with power (+) 0.25 diopters, which is replaced with spherical lens (-) 0.5 diopters. After that, positive and negative spherical lenses are alternated, with step-by-step increase of power of positive spherical lenses with step (+) 0.25 diopters, and optic power of negative lenses - with step 0.5 diopters. Maximal power of positive spherical lenses reaches (+) 2.0 diopters, power of negative spherical lenses reaches (-) 4.0 diopters. Time of each lens exposition constitutes 30-45 sec. Trainings are performed on an outpatient basis.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase and restore vision acuity, increase reserve of relative accommodation, stop myopia progress, reduce manifestations of computer visual syndrome due to step-by-step increase of optic power of lenses, alternation of spherical positive and negative lenses, ensuring alternation of phases of ciliary muscle relaxation and contraction.
