FIELD: sports medicine.
SUBSTANCE: frequency of heart rate is measured during multiple runs along specific distance. At any run, speed of running is measured and values of total impulse are calculated. After that dynamics of changes in those values is estimated and degree of trainability as well. Reduction in values of total impulse simultaneously together with increase in speed of running declares high degree of trainability of sportsman.
EFFECT: improved degree of estimation of trainability.
