FIELD: biology, medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pluripotent homozygous stem cells. Invention proposes a homozygous stem (HS) cell and methods and materials for its preparing. Also invention provides methods for differentiation of HS-cells to cell-ancestors (multipotent cells) or other required cells, groups of cells or tissues. The proposed invention can be used in diagnosis and treatment of different diseases (for example, genetic disorders, neurodegenerative diseases, disorders associated with endocrine system and cancer), traumatic damages, transplantation carried out for cosmetic or therapeutic aims, genetic therapy and cellular substitution therapy.
EFFECT: valuable biological and medicinal properties of cells, improved preparing method.
