SUBSTANCE: hoisting device base has scaffold of telescopic tubular members fixed substantially in vertical and/or horizontal position and may be mutually displaced and secured with each other. The base has post carrying at least one of said telescopic tubular scaffold members. Base is of rotary type. The post is rotary connected to rotary plate fixed to chassis frame. At least one wheel is connected to the chassis frame. Axis of substantially vertical telescopic tubular member passing through rotary plate center is substantially transversal to axis of wheel rotation. Rotary plate is associated with device for rotary plate rotation relatively support. Said device is secured to telescopic tubular member post.

EFFECT: possibility of structure transportation without hoisting device demounting, possibility to rotate hoisting device relatively lifted structure.
