SUBSTANCE: method comprises recording volt-ampere diagrams with the use of three-electrode cell composed of indicating platinum electrode chemically modified by phthalocyanine, saturated by chloride-silver comparison electrodes, and auxiliary electrode in the presence of background electrolyte, indicating anode peaks in differential pulse regime of recording of volt-ampere diaphragms with a linear rate of potential sweep equal to 50 mV/s, and determining concentration of B6 vitamin from the height of the peak of current of electric oxidation of B6 vitamin in the potential interval from +0.85 to +0.95 by means of adding standard mixtures.
