FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: in the method for quantitative determination of water-soluble vitamins B1, B2 by stripping voltammetry, said vitamins are transferred from a sample into a solution and voltammetric accumulation of vitamins B1, B2 is carried out in a stirred solution for 30-60 s with electrolysis potential of B1 of minus 0.7-0.9 V, B2 - minus 0.4-0.6 V relative a saturated silver chloride electrode on background electrolyte B1 - 0.1 M Na2HPO4, B2 - 0.01 M HCl with subsequent recording of anode peaks in differential mode of recording the voltage versus current curve with potential sweep rate of 20-30 mV/s; concentration of vitamins B1 and B2 is determined from the peak height in the potential range B1 - minus 1.2-1.4 V, B2 - minus 0.15-0.35 V by adding standardised mixtures.

EFFECT: wider range of determined concentrations and rapid determination of vitamins B1, B2 by stripping voltammetry.
