FIELD: analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises setting streptomycin from sample to solution and carrying out the voltametric detection in the mixed solution for 90-180 s at electrolyze potentials 0.10-0.20 V against the background of 0.1-0.2 n solution of sodium hydrophosphate with subsequent recording the anode peaks in the differentiation regime of recording of the volt-ampere diagrams at a speed of scanning of potential from 15 to 25 mV/s. The concentration of streptomycin is determined from the height of the peak in the range of potentials from 0.66 to 0.70 .
EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
