METHOD FOR PREDICTING RISK OF DEVELOPMENT OF VENTRICULAR PREMATURE BEATS IN SCHOOLCHILDREN BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS ACTIVITIES Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2674771 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to pediatric cardiology, and relates to a method for predicting the risk of ventricular premature beats in schoolchildren before playing sports. Essence of the method: in schoolchildren, 1 month before the start of sports activities, a study of blood serum is carried out and the concentration of immunochemical parameters in it is determined: tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-10 and immunoglobulin G class autoantibodies to soluble cardiomyocyte antigen -COS-05. Further, a high risk of ventricular premature beats is predicted at a concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α from 11.5 to 13.5 pg/ml, at a concentration of interleukin-10 from 18.4 to 20.2 pg/ml and at a concentration of immunoglobulin G autoantibodies to soluble cardiomyocyte antigen -COS-05 from 9.8 to 12.3 standard units. And a low risk of ventricular premature beats is predicted at a concentration of tumor necrosis factor-α from 7.7 to 10.1 pg/ml, when the concentration of interleukin-10 is from 13.5 to 16.3 pg/ml, and when the concentration of immunoglobulin G class autoantibodies to soluble cardiomyocyte antigen -COS-05 is from 6.7 to 8.7 standard units.

EFFECT: proposed invention is aimed at improving the accuracy of predicting the risk of developing ventricular premature beats in children before playing sports.
