SUBSTANCE: method involves producing implant based on large-cell collagen matrix of decalcined spongious tissue. Antibacterial preparations, blast cells cultures, chondrogenesis stimulators and vitamins are immobilized on implant. Collagen matrix with drugs immobilized thereon is covered with adhesive composition.

EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in recovering cartilage tissue structures; reduced risk of infectious complications.
