SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery, to methods of plasty of bone tissue defects arising as a result of trauma or after removal of neoplasms. Implant for plasty of bone cavities is made on the basis of coarse-cellular collagen matrix from decalcinated spongy bone. Immobilisation of antibacterial preparations, blast cell cultures, osteogenesis and vitamin stimulators is performed on it. On collagen matrix with immobilised on it preparations composition, possessing adhesive properties, is applied.

EFFECT: ensuring stimulation of regeneration processes and recovery of bone tissue structures.
