FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to designing a hollow and anatomical vertebra implant. According to the available information on the sizes and proportions of the vertebra, 3D model of the damaged vertebra is constructed, which is sown in a certain manner on the elements of the vertebral implant. Using 3D printer, for each element of the implant design, detachable spacers with a perforated surface are made. In the assembled state, each spacer has a cavity, the shape of which is equidistant to the surface of a specific element of the vertebral implant. At that, equidistant displacement of cavity of spacer cavity is equal to thickness of barrier nonresorbable membrane, which is lined with surface of spacer cavity in assembled state. Prior to fixation of spacer assembled, its cavity is filled with granules of osteoplastic material. Then, the spacers are placed in the patient's soft tissue rich in blood vessels. After the bone massifs are formed inside the spacer, the spacers are removed from the patient's soft tissues and destroyed. Then, a spinal implant is assembled from the bone blocks formed with the help of spacers, fixed and set to the patient instead of the damaged vertebra.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of functional capabilities in prosthetic repair of destroyed bones.
