FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to transplantology, traumatology and orthopaedics and represents a method for combining cultivated osteogenic cells and a solid carrier material by immobilising the cells exhibiting osteogenic potential on a surface of the carrier material differing by the fact that before being combined, the cells are placed in a gel carrier made of natural collagen with preserved telopeptides, and then before gel is polymerised, the prepared composition is used to impregnate the macroporous carrier material representing demineralised bone matrix at 10 million cells per 1 cm3 of the porous carrier.
EFFECT: invention provides producing a tissue-engineered bone equivalent involving high-grade combination of cultivated in vitro osteogenic cells pre-differentiated in a cultivation environment and the solid carrier material made of demineralised bone matrix showing evident osteoinducing action.
