wherein B' means thienyl, or also Y means possibly substituted aryl radical; A represents a bond or phenylene radical; B means radical -NR6R7 or thienyl. Also, invention describes using arylimidazole of the general formula (I) as a drug designated for treatment or prophylaxis of pain.. Compounds of the formula (I) can be used as NO-synthase inhibitors and as modulators of sodium channels.
