SUBSTANCE: mobile station includes a section for controlling repeated transmission, made with possible management of repeated transmission of user data at physical level and sublevel for managing access to environment with one or several base radio stations; and threshold setting section, made with possible setting of a threshold, which is used to detect presence or absence of user data confirmation signal, in accordance to the number of base radio stations, to which the mobile station connects.
