SUBSTANCE: method includes the following: receiving in a mobile station the channel of absolute data rate assignment that specifies an absolute value of data rate for communication with base station; and ignoring in the mobile station the channel of relative data rate assignment that specifies a relative value of data rate until each operation sequence of Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) is executed once after receiving of the channel of absolute data rate assignment.
EFFECT: control of data rate to control the rate of data transferred from mobile station to base station via uplink.
