FIELD: engines and pipes.
SUBSTANCE: flying object includes the compartments for displacement of crew, cargo, fuel, the power plant with reactive engine and screw, installed with rotating possibility, upper and lower decks. The upper deck has 2 cargo compartments (2), situated parallely one to another at the back, shoofly pass into one compartment (4), situated in front. The lower deck is round in profile, with disposed in it the compartments for passengers and crew, at the same the upper and lower decks are connected with the wings (8, 9). To the central part of the upper compartment toughly fixed the collapsible device with gripper and with two compartments for emergency parachute. The lifting device is made as the towing and sustain fan and with installed reaction engines on them. The power plan includes the towing fans (23) with installed antivibration ring on it, which consist of six halfrings, united together into the ring, inside of which it is nested steel-wire rope, at the same the reaction engines are installed under every towing and sustain fans.
EFFECT: it is provided evacuation of people and equipment during emergency situations.
