SUBSTANCE: derivatives of 1-sulphonyl-4-aminoalcoxyindole of formula (I) are described, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, where n is 2 or 3; each of R¹ and R² independently of each other stands for hydrogen, or lower alkyl, or R¹ and R² together with corresponding nitrogen atom may be a part of heterocyclic group, which is selected from morpholino, pyrrolidinyl; R³ stands for hydrogen, or R³ and R¹ together with R³ nitrogen atom may be a part of four- or five-membered ring, where R¹ and R³ together form an alkylene group; R⁴ stands for hydrogen; R⁵ stands for hydrogen; R⁶ stands for naphthyl, phenyl, not necessarily substituted with one or two substituents, each of which may be a lower alkyl, haloid, lower alcoxy, cyano group, lower alkylsulphonyl, acyl, trifluoromethyl, acetamide, or quinolinyle, thienyl, not necessarily halogen-substituted.
