SUBSTANCE: invention concerns organic chemistry and describes compounds of the general formula (I): and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, where m ranges within 0 to 1; p ranges within 1 to 3; q is 2; r is 2; A is an optionally substituted arylene or optionally substituted heteroarylene, where "optionally" denotes that the said groups can be substituted by 1-4 substituents, preferably 1 or 2 substituents selected out of a group including alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkoxy group, cycloalkylalkyl, heteroalkyl, hydroxyalkyl, halogen, nitro group, cyano group, hydroxyl group, alkoxy group, amino group, acylamino group, monoalkylamino group, dialkylamino group, halogenalkyl, halogenalkoxy group, heteroalkyl, -COR (where R is hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl), -(CR'R")n-COOR (where n is an integer ranging within 0 to 5, R' and R" are independently hydrogen or alkyl, and R is hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl), or (CR'R")n-CONRa'Rb' (where n is an integer ranging within 0 to 5, R' and R" are independently hydrogen or alkyl, and Ra' and Rb' are independently hydrogen, alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkylalkyl, phenyl or phenylalkyl); E is N; X is O, S or -CRaRb -, where Ra and Rb are independently hydrogen or alkyl; all R1 are independently halogen or alkoxy group; Y is -(CR2R3)n-, where n is 1 or 2 and R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen or alkyl, or X and Y together form alkenylene group; R4, R5, R6, R7, R8, and R9 are independently hydrogen or alkyl; and R10 is hydrogen, alkyl, arylalkyl, aryloxyalkyl, heteroaryl or heterocyclyl. The invention also concerns pharmaceutical composition based on compounds of the formula (I), with modulation effect on 5-HT6.

EFFECT: obtaining new quinoline and benzoxazinone derivatives with useful biological properties.
