FIELD: medicine; stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in testing DNA separated from the oral fluid or dental deposit by use of PCR DNA with Actinobacter actinomycetemcomitans, Porphyromonas gingivalis, Bacteroides and Forsythia specific oligonucleotides. At the same time, the identification of the above mentioned three types of bacteria is performed, and in positive response to two and more types, the microfloral abnormality of oral cavity is diagnosed.
EFFECT: prognosis of high risk of disease in revealed microfloral abnormality of oral cavity is provided, which enables the timely preventive and treatment measures as well as the control of efficiency of treatment of periodontal diseases.
