FIELD: measuring techniques.

SUBSTANCE: invention is mainly designed for measuring angular coordinates of moving objects, like aircrafts. The device consists of four optical-mechanical units of the observation channel and optical-mechanical unit of the adjustment channel, which are respectively adjointed to four photodetectors in the observation channel and photodetectors in the adjustment channel. The device also contains four video adapters in the observation channel and one video adapter in the adjustment channel, data-logging device, video signal conversion unit, synchrosignal generating unit, data transformation and control unit, indicator unit, first and second angle-to-code converters, unit for reading out from vertical and horizontal discs, reference rotating unit, vertical guidance mechanism which has a vertical disc with a code track, horizontal guidance mechanism which has a horizontal disc with a code track, remote-control station and picture monitor. The optical-mechanical units in the observation channel are mounted on the base of the observation channel, and are supplied with the above quoted accessories. The optical-mechanical unit of the adjustment channel is tightly fixed at the centre of the composite foundation of the observation channel, and is supplied with the above mentioned accessories to enable adjustment relative the rotation axis of the device.

EFFECT: increased accuracy in remote measurement of trajectory parameters of moving objects with provision for the required angle of field of view.
