SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measuring technique, can be used in location and geodetic instrument engineering and is designed mainly for angular data sensing of moving objects, e.g., of aircrafts. Electronic digital angular data sensor contains four optical-mechanical units 1, 2, 3 and 4 optically coupled with four photodetectors 5, 6, 7 and 8 of control channel, four picture monitor adapters 9, 10, 11 and 12, protocol controller 13, video signal transformer 14, clock signal shaping unit 15, data control and transformation block 16, report unit 17, first and second angle-code converters 18 and 19, vertical and horizontal disk scanning plates 20 and 21, rotary support 22, elevating mechanism 23 containing vertical code track disk 24, traversing mechanism 25 containing horizontal code track disk 26, remote controller 27 and picture monitor 28.
EFFECT: higher view field angle with improved accuracy of remote parametric measurement of motion path of moving objects.
