FIELD: physics; image processing.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to home digital video, and can be used for recording and playing back video. Technical outcome is achieved by that the video camera contains two switches, a self-powered pulse distributor, and three OR elements. There are two CID matrices in the photoelectric transducer and there is a unit for selecting clock pulses of stereopairs in the playback device. In each channel of the playback device, there is an accumulator of frame codes and a generator of control signals. The device for displaying video is a flat-panel light-emitting diode screen.
EFFECT: simple design of photoelectric transducer and doubling of frame resolution.
