HIGH-VOLTAGE INDUCTANCE COIL AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC H01F5/02 H01F41/02

Abstract RU 2324248 C1

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: high-voltage inductance coil wherein the former of each section and an insulator between them are made in the form of two or more interchanging layers of aramid-reinforced polymer paper of a specified thickness and a layer of heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive applied between them. The insulation of the primary and secondary windings and connections between the sections are made in the form of a layer of heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive. The electrical insulation and capsulation are made of a compound material on the same polymer base as the heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive applied. The method for making a high-voltage inductance coil consists in the prefabrication of two types of workpieces of a specified form and a specified thickness: one - for the former of each section and another - for the insulator between the sections in the form of two or more interchanging layers of aramid-reinforced polymer paper and a layer of heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive between them. The press forming and treatment of the workpieces is carried out at a temperature of polymerization of the heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive and followed by the cutting out of them a former for each section and the insulator between the sections. The primary and secondary windings of a specified thickness are obtained by means of successive applying to the former of each section layers of aramid-reinforced polymer paper, heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive and electrical conductor. The assembly is performed by means of successive positioning of the each section former with the primary and secondary windings and the insulator between then and their connection with the heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive. The electrical insulation and encapsulation of said assembly are performed by placing it into a sealed split mould made of metal and by filling said mould with compound material having the same polymer base as the heat-proof high-strength insulating adhesive.

EFFECT: enhancement of its reliability and simplification of its construction and manufacturing process.
