SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bedclothes, in particular, to head cushions. Cushion comprises two support surfaces 1 and 2, each of which has a concave center section 3 and 4, respectively, formed by circular arc from side of concave section 3 with radius R₁, and from side of concave section 4 is with radius R₂. Cushion has side surfaces, two of which are vertical and two convex surfaces 5 and 6 forming transition from one support surface 1 of cushion to opposite support surface 2 of bottom of convex surfaces 5 of cushion is formed by coupling of two arcs with radii R₃ and R_4,, while another one convex surface 6 of cushion is formed by coupling of two arcs with radii R₅ and R₆ so that R₃+ R₄< R₅+ R₆. bended section 3 in middle part of one of support surfaces 1 of cushion, formed by circular arc of radius R₁, smoothly conjugated with surfaces created along arcs of circles of R₃ and R₅, and concaved section 4 in middle part of support surface 2 of cushion, formed by circular arc of radius R₂, smoothly conjugated with surfaces created along arcs of circles of R₄ and R₆. At that, R₃ < R₄ < R₅< R₆, and R₁< R₂. distance from point of conjugation of arc with radius R₃ and R₄ to vertical straight line on which is concave arc center section 3 with radius R₁, less than distance from point of conjugation of arc with radii R₅ and R₆ to vertical straight line where is centre of arc of a concave section 4 with radius R₂.

EFFECT: enabling distributed pressure head and neck with considering individual anatomic structure of user, which enables formation of correct posture and reduced load on spinal column in resting time.
