SUBSTANCE: electrohydraulical water activator contains electric power supply, electromagnetic radiation generator, control unit, and tank filled with water. The tank consists of feeder tank with a float regulator of the water level, activation tank with a shell and a lid, and receiving tank. Active ends of electrodes separated by a gap and submerged in water are inserted in the activation tank. The electromagnetic radiation generator contains high-voltage pulse source, to which the electrodes are connected. The control unit contains high-voltage pulse counter and a button switch for water feeding. The activation tank is designed as a dome and connected to the activation tank shell with a bellow springing insert. The feeder tank and the activation tank are connected with each other by a hose with an electrically actuated valve installed, connected to the control unit.
