FIELD: individual fire extinguishing means; applicable for pulse injection of sprayed fire extinguishing fluid to fire seats. SUBSTANCE: fire extinguisher has portable tank with fire-extinguishing fluid flowing through check valve and connecting hose to service vessel connected with jet nozzle, electrode pair whose active ends are introduced into service vessel cavity, and straps for device carrying. Service vessel is connected to jet nozzle via electrically controlled discharge valve, and electrodes are connected to power source through adjustable resistor, generator of high-voltage pulses and push-button switch acting on electrically controlled discharge valve. EFFECT: higher efficiency of fire extinguisher and safety of its use, reduced its weight and increased capacity of tank for fire-extinguishing fluid. 1 dwg
