FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in construction, aluminium industry, treatment of effluents. Water pulps and suspensions are subjected to electroblasting activation. Proposed plant comprises control board, HV transformer, and pulse generators with capacitors battery. Pulse generators is connected via HV cables with activation reactor. The latter is made of sheet steel and shaped to rectangular box with pump and suspension feed and discharge branch pipes. Covers with electrode cells are secured to flanges on reactor two opposite walls. U-shape chamber made from sheet steel is arranged inside aforesaid box. Pulp is fed from bottom to top between reactor covers and U-shape chamber walls. Homogenised pump escapes from reactor via branch pipe arranged at U-shape chamber bottom.
EFFECT: simple, high-efficiency plant.
