FIELD: procedure of dispersed materials drying.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of drying chamber with sprayers of humid material or solution, fan and system of spent drying agent cleaning, at that drying chamber is equipped with cylindrical casing, porous shell installed in it coaxially, which forms free space for even passing of drying agent inside the shell, at that, shell material is made on the basis of aluminium-containing alloys with their further filling with titanium hydride or air with density in the range 0.5...0.9 kg/m3 with the following strength properties: compressive resistance in the range of 5...10 MPa, bending strength in the range of 10...20 MPa, and dry product removal is carried out through unloading device - via bunker and rotary discharger, at that for drying agent removal from shell rotary hollow porous cylinder is installed and joined by means of shaft with the drive installed on the cover, at that porous cylinder is made of hard porous material, for instance, foam aluminium or metal ceramics, or metal foam rubber with degree of porosity that lies in the range of optimal values: 30...45%, at that supply of humid material or solution may be carried out with several sprayers that are evenly installed along the whole perimeter of shell, and drying agent through the space under the top cover leaves the device, at the outlet of which acoustic device is installed for trapping of medium-dispersed particles, which is connected with cyclone that is joined with unloading device, at that optimal parameters of which for sonic treatment of medium-dispersed dust with particles concentration of at least 2 g/m3 are the following: level of sound pressure in the range of 145-150 dB and more, frequency of oscillating motion is in the range of 900-1100 Hz, time of acoustic treatment is in the range of 1.0...2 sec, and sprayers are made in the form of acoustic nozzles and contain resonator that is made in the form of toroidal cavity or at least one spherical cavity, which is installed in end surface of casing that faces distributing head, at that spherical cavity is connected with calibrated opening to gap between vertical opening in end wall of casing and rod of distributing head, at that in the cross-section that is perpendicular to axis of rod, gap has annular cross-section, and distributing head is made in the form of casing with the cover in the form of truncated cones that are joined by larger bases, at that in the casing collector in the form of cylindrical cavity is installed, which is connected by annular channel that is formed by external cylindrical cavity of hollow rod and single diameter openings that are coaxial with it, which are made accordingly in cover and casing of distributing head, with at least three channels for solution outlet that are evenly distributed along the circumference and perpendicular to rod axis, at that cut of openings is installed on conical surface of distributing head cover, the incline angle of which determines the root angle of sprayed solution torch.

EFFECT: increase of drying efficiency.
