FIELD: heat engineering; drying technology of dispersible materials.

SUBSTANCE: dryer with an inert nozzle contains radiator, ventilator, used air cleaning system, heating layer device with a distributing grate, steam and electrical radiator, pressure and retractable ventilators, inlet air filter, cyclonic group with unloading device, on whose entrance there is an acoustic facility, bucket for the initial solution, that gets into the device through an injection nozzle, hot water measuring tank for ablution and metering of the pump. The working chamber of the boiling layer device is located on its lower part and is filled with inert particles of Teflon, sized 4.5×4 mm for the 500 mm high working chamber and 400 mm in diameter. Above the distributing grate level of the working chamber device, there are strained elastic strings, at which optimal parameters for sound processing in the medium dust suspension acoustic facility with a concentration in the air flow not less than 2 g/m3, are sound level in the range 140...150 dB, vibration process frequency in the range 800..1000 Hz, scoring time in the range 1,5...2 s. In this method, the injection nozzle is made in form of acoustic sprayers for spraying fluids, which have a housing that contain acoustic vibrating generator with resonator, made in form of toroidal cavity, whose axes is positioned on the housing axis, while the cavity is connected, to an annular slot by a calibrated orifice, forming the housing edge surfaces and ring from the side of the conical surface.

EFFECT: increasing dryer productivity.
