FIELD: food products.
SUBSTANCE: semi-product of food stuff is made in form of hollow ampullaceous cone, evened along the bent axis with the hole for a filling and consisting of one dough piece made of water, flour and backing powder. This semi-product of food stuff is received with the forming, rising and partial preparing of separate dough piece without specified filling at the temperature lower than backing one at 30°C - 170°C. Prepared product is received by filling and baking of the semi-product.
EFFECT: specified semi-product of food stuff can be used for the production of food stuff which should be baked at the low temperature.
