FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: waffle semi-sphere of food product has an opening, which is limited by at least one circular surface and one or more side walls. At that surface of opening and surfaces of side wall essentially have smooth finishing surface. External surface of side wall preferably has porous, continuous or non-continuous cavity, which is peripherally located and deepened in relation to the semi-sphere opening surface, and is produced as a result of radial wall cutting, which is connected with side wall of semi-sphere in deepened position relative to circular surface that limits semi-sphere opening. Circular connecting surfaces of complementary semi-spheres preferably have centering means that are complementary to each other. Semi-sphere is, in particular, applicable for making a food product that contains a couple of semi-spheres that are joined together opening to opening and that include a mass of liquid filling.
EFFECT: holds together waffle semi-spheres.
