FIELD: the food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns "know-how" of tinned first lunch courses for space feeding. Onions and bitter pepper are diced, blanched and grinded. Cherry plum and garlic are blanched and rubbed. Parsley, dill and coriander greens are frozen and grinded. Beef is diced and grinded. Rice is cooked to double weight. Listed components are mixed with bone broth, tomato paste, table salt and specified micromycetes biomass CO2-extracts, khmeli-suneli and bay leaf. Prepared mixture is packed up in aluminium tubas, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: production of tinned food of improved digestibility.
