FIELD: medicine; medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied in contaminated surgery for suppurative infections of soft tissues of any etiology and localization, as well as for pyoinflammatory processes in closed cavities. Ionized solution making device contains active electrode made of silver wire. One end of electrode is connected to electric cell terminal. Electrode made of silver wire is designed as a spiral and placed into ionization chamber containing cylinder and cover. Cover has conical opening aside designed to electrode output for connection to electric cell terminal. Upper side of cover contains opening for ionization chamber connection to infusion system. Lower part of cylinder contains sleeve for silicone or drain tube connection.
EFFECT: allows placing the device outside of human body, and delivering active ions saturated medicine directly to pathologic focus.
