FIELD: ventilation; moist dust collection technology.

SUBSTANCE: gas dust cleaner, has a casing, horizontally placed with a cylindrical shape at the area of contact with the central part. On the left of the trunk, along the trunk axis, at least two sprayers are arranged serially and on the right side, after the contact zone there is a drip pan with an outlet on the lower part of the casing. Water hoses, equipped with shut-off and regulatory valves, connect each sprayer to the collector, which is in the conduit that carries water. The collector is fitted with a manometer for water pressure control. Sprayers are centrifugal and each consists of casing that has an intake orifice, lid, airtight washers between the lid and the casing, springs between the lid and twister. The twister is in the form of a turned-up bottom of a cylindrical bowl and has a circular spacing relative to the casing. The twister has at least two rows of throttle apertures and in each row; there are at least, evenly spaced tangential throttle apertures along the circumference of the twister wall. On the lower part of the casing, there is a bush in the form of a conical washer, calibrated with conical apertures and lies on the same axis as the cylindrical. The sprayer's inserted bush is made up of solid materials: tungsten carbide, ruby, sapphire.

EFFECT: enhancing effectiveness and reliability of dust collection process by way of increasing the water dispersion rate using sprayers.
