FIELD: machine building; part processing.

SUBSTANCE: device intended to predict quality of the processed surfaces of a part consists of rotation angle indicator, toolhead, computer, two laser sensors, including laser beam emitter, CCD array, and analogue-digital converter. The first laser sensor is designed to interact with the side surface of a faceplate of the front workhead of CNC equipment, while the second laser sensor is designed to interact with the processed surface of the part. Digital signal from laser sensors comes to the computer connected to the lead-in of the toolhead of CNC equipment.

EFFECT: enhancing the processing speed and information accuracy.
