FIELD: working parts in NC equipment, active monitoring systems for providing desired accuracy degree of part working in real time.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus operates at measuring current size of worked surface of part. Apparatus includes signal amplifying unit, actuating mechanisms and cutter. In order to enhance working accuracy apparatus is provided with laser irradiator including scanning irradiator of laser beam, receiver of reflected signal, two-coordinate measuring device and computer for determining difference between current value of part surface size received with use of laser irradiator and preset size of part surface. Outlet of laser irradiator is connected with inlet of computer; outlet of computer is connected with inlet of signal amplifying unit.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of working parts.
