SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to method of agent identification enable to influence molecule-target activity. Analysed yeast cells carry at least one reporter gene, and molecule-target activity influences cell proliferation and reporter gene product activity, providing contacting stages of at least one yeast cell with tested agent, cell proliferation detection, reporter gene product activity detection. Mentioned yeast cell contains mentioned molecule-target, reporter gene of growth marker and reporter gene selected from gene coding enzyme or fluorescent protein. Mentioned enzyme activity can be detected by transformation of substrate which is added by time shift after analysed agent been added together with agent making cell wall transparent or destroying it.
