TRANSGENIC ANIMAL THAT DIFFERS FROM HUMAN, AND ITS APPLICATION Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C12N9/02 C12Q1/66 C12Q1/68 A01K67/02

Abstract RU 2579701 C2

FIELD: bioengineering.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to gene engineering, overall to transgenic structures, transgenic animals, that differ from human, to method of quantitative analysis of GPCR ligands activation non-invasive in the intact animals, tissue sections or in intact cells using the transgenic model containing system of bioluminescent reporter transgene, that is sensitive to the tracts modulation after the ligand binding with GPCR receptors. The transgenic animal that differs from human for estimation of the function of the receptor interfaced with G-protein (GPCR), having gene containing transgene induced by cyclic AMP (cAMP), containing in direction from 5'-end to 3'-end the first insulator element, response cAMP element, promoter, bioluminescent reporter, minigene of human growth hormone (hGH) and second insulator element.

EFFECT: use of transgene structure results in increased mouse line producing mRNA and protein, as well as to increased level of expression of the reporter gene.
