FIELD: food-processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns food-processing industry and can be used at manufacture iodised products. Iodised grits are received by mixing together with a laminaria dry extract in the form of a powder with dispersion less than 0.2mm, received by drying of liquid water laminaria extract to humidity no more than 15%, at their careful hashing till reception of homogeneous weight. The received product is filled and packed into the container providing iodine preservation at storage and transportation. A dry laminaria extract is received from the liquid extract received by water extraction at ratio of dry matter and water 1:5 - 1:30 at water temperature 80-90°C preliminary slashed to the size of particles less than 5 sm of laminaria. The received water extract is filtered and put into a water solution of hydrogen dioxide, with concentration of 1-40% in quantity of 0.01-5.0 ml on 1 l of an extract. The invention allows receiving of grits enriched by iodine, essential amino acids and minor components.

EFFECT: reception of grits enriched by iodine, essential amino acids and minor components.
