Soya fat-extracted flour or soya concentrate may be used as a soya protein preparation, while oil-solution β-carotene for food purposes or carolene, as a carotene-containing substance. Preparation of filler simultaneously suitable for meat, fish or vegetable dishes allows to increase food and biological value of farces, dishes and half-finished products from them and to improved their consumer's properties.
