SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. The invention provides cutting time of operation, abolition of all kinds of osteal fragments shift, reliable keeping of an anticnemion and an easy approach to it on all extent, both at a primary surgical treatment of open fractures, and at putting of wires or rods and the further installation of wire, wire-rod and rod non-focal devices, and also at bones external fixation of an anticnemion with screws and plates. The device contains the basis, a stirrup with wires for hip condyles and a stirrup with wires for a calcaneus. The basis is executed with longitudinal grooves. The stirrup with wires for hip condyles is fixed connected with a rack, the last has possibility of vertical moving and affixing by screws in the bush, and the last has moving possibility in longitudinal grooves of the basis and fixation by nuts. The stirrup with wires for a calcaneus is fixed connected with the screw, that has possibility of horizontal moving without rotation in the bush, the last is fixed by means of a bolt in the bush, the last is fixed connected to a rack, the last has possibility of vertical moving in longitudinal grooves of the basis and fixation by nuts.
